🎯 Responsibilities:

• Create compelling digital posters, banners, reels, and promotional graphics for social media and campaigns
• Design and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for reach and engagement
• Manage and grow social media handles with consistent branding
• Research market trends and propose innovative content ideas
• Assist in creating marketing content calendars and execution plans
• Email marketing, event promotion, and content outreach
• Coordinate with design and tech teams to align branding and promotions

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Creativity with an eye for design and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media marketing and SEO basics
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to follow deadlines and multitask in a remote setup

• Candidates with a background or strong interest in marketing, design, media, or business
• Portfolio of previous poster or digital work (if available) is a plus
