Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and others. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics like CPC, CTR, CPL, CPM.
• Perform keyword research and audience segmentation
• Help write ad copy, design suggestions, and coordinate with the creative team
• Conduct competitor and market research for new campaign opportunities
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Support the team in A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid media channels
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager is a plus
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good with Excel/advance excel
