About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and passionate trainers to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) both organic and paid campaigns. Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, structured training sessions on SMM topics (organic and paid).
• Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor students and provide guidance on live projects and campaigns.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with the academic and content teams to continuously improve training delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital marketing trainer or in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SMM strategy, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and guide learners with varying skill levels.
• Full-time, on-site position at our Kolkata campus.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
