Digital Marketing Faculty

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to join our growing team and shape the future of aspiring marketers. You will lead classes, workshops, and hands-on training focused on real-world digital marketing strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging sessions on SEO , Google Ads , Meta Ads , Social Media Marketing , Email Marketing , and Analytics . Train students in live campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Guide learners on building portfolios and freelancing profiles. Prepare and update practical, outcome-focused course content and assessments. Stay current with emerging trends , including AI in marketing , and update curriculum accordingly. Provide personalized feedback and career mentoring to students. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of industry experience in digital marketing (agency, freelance, or corporate). Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads , Meta Ads , Google Analytics , Ahrefs , SEMrush , etc. Proven results from real-world marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Prior teaching, training, workshop facilitation, or mentoring experience is highly preferred . Preferred Skills: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications . Knowledge of content marketing , influencer marketing , and affiliate marketing . Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar). Basic understanding of visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO and email template editing. Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, practical, and student-friendly manner. Experience developing curriculum or training materials is a plus.
