Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will involve driving programs and strategies to reach customers and organizational goals. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Having media strategy and execution experience, with a love for data-driven decision-making and an agile approach to media review, optimizations, and decision-making. - Demonstrating in-depth digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. - Running effective email marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns, etc. - Utilizing tools like Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Social Media Optimization, Web Analytics, and Reporting. - Ideating and creating innovative marketing strategies to facilitate B2B sales. - Conceptualizing and managing all digital marketing campaigns, while keeping an eye out for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities. - Conducting regular usability checks for English and other language websites for maximum localization impact. - Collaborating with designers to improve existing website design, develop new websites, revamp online marketing material, and create email marketing campaigns. - Measuring, reporting, and optimizing the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs). Requirements for this role include: - Strong analytical thinking, ability to create test and learn plans, measure incremental results, and identify opportunities. - Proactiveness in recognizing new ideas and bringing them to execution. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentational skills with a focus on tangible, measurable recommendations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects concurrently, and demonstrate excellent research, organizational, and time management skills. - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring efficient work without compromising quality or accuracy. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Having Banking / Finance Domain knowledge is an added advantage. Your background should ideally include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality/error-free deliverables.,
