DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

Your tasks

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans for the Communication Segment
• Strategize and implement campaigns leveraging digital marketing tactics (website, social media, digital advertising, SEO, email marketing)
• Oversee the Communication Segment area of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for user experience and conversion
• Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display networks)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand presence
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications web team to optimize the HUBER+SUHNER website and digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
• Responsible for web publishing plan, and external customer-facing digital communications
• Coordinate content development in alignment with overarching brand guidelines
• Assess and revise existing digital materials, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible
• Develop relationships with peers across the globe to leverage ideas and materials
• Responsible for monitoring budget and expenditures, ROI analytics, and reporting

Your profile

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including website management, social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing
• Experience with social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WeChat, Instagram, etc.)  Experience with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Kentico, SalesForce, HubSpot)
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in B2B digital communication, preferred

• Excellence in written and verbal English; German is an advantage
• Demonstrated project management and time management skills
• Ability to create briefs for external suppliers and manage budget and delivery time
• Ability to travel as needed
• Demonstrated creative and operational capabilities, including with AI tools
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
