Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive (Remote European Time) Role & responsibilities Role Overview: We are looking for highly motivated, creative, and self-driven individuals to support our business development, digital marketing, and branding efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to grow in a European work environment and gain international exposure. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation (via LinkedIn, Email, and online platforms) Creating high-impact email content and cold outreach messages Managing and growing our LinkedIn presence Supporting digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media) Assisting with company branding and promotional content Designing and updating website pages (basic website design Wix/Webflow knowledge a plus) Social media marketing and engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Researching market trends and target clients/vendors Available to work in European time zones (9 AM to 6 PM CET) Preferred candidate profile Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) Creative content writing for emails and social media Self-motivated and quick learner, Business Development, Digital marketing, SEO , web designing Strong interest in recruitment, marketing, or business growth Basic understanding of digital tools (LinkedIn, Canva, email tools, Google Docs) Knowledge of social media trends and professional branding Familiarity with website builders like Wix or Webflow Experience in cold mailing or lead generation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailchimp) Basic knowledge of SEO, digital ads, or email automation tools Perks and benefits Remote work flexibility with exposure to international recruitment Direct mentorship from company leadership Opportunity to grow into a full-time role Be part of a fast-growing European startup
