Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and content creation. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and campaigns, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Assist in the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
