Sales Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers to join our team as Sales Associates. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in sales and retail. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers, learn about products, and contribute to achieving sales goals while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Learn and stay updated about product features and promotions
• Support in managing inventory and restocking shelves
• Handle basic billing and assist at the cash counter (training will be provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• Energetic, polite, and presentable
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
