Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the institute’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs) to enhance brand visibility
  • Develop social media campaigns to promote courses, events, and student success stories
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for social media campaigns
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers to build community presence
  • Assist in digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads – basic level)
  • Coordinate with the design/photography team for content creation when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends
  • Good communication and copywriting skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about digital media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
