We need a digital media designer who understands visual hierarchy, branding, and content structure. Must have: Experience designing custom social media templates / themes Can create layouts from scratch (Canva / Figma / Photoshop — tool doesn’t matter) Understands what works on Instagram, Facebook, Ads, Reels thumbnails You should NOT apply if: You only edit existing Canva templates Your work looks different every post with no theme Your role: Create reusable brand themes Design post, story, reel, ad creatives Maintain visual consistency across months To apply, send: Portfolio (mandatory) 5–10 creatives you personally designed 1 example where you created a theme, not a single post
