Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful digital campaigns. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Salary: Maximum gross 40 K PM Key Responsibilities & Accountability: • Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on audience engagement and follower growth. • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for both organic and paid campaigns. • Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high- quality digital assets. • Track and analyze social media performance metrics; generate actionable insights to improve reach and effectiveness. • Support event marketing through digital creatives, pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event storytelling. • Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
