Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0–1 year of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will support the creation of visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. This role is perfect for early-career designers looking to enhance their skills and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Assist in designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and presentation templates.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Edit and enhance product images, illustrations, and layouts as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Manage multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver revisions based on feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 0–1 year of design experience (internship or freelance work is also acceptable).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make appropriate changes.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design or wireframing tools (Figma, XD).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
