We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive for our Kanpur office. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who can manage social media, handle customer interactions, and make basic updates on Shopify.
• Create and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Manage and regularly update Facebook Pages
• Reply to comments and direct messages professionally and on time
• Communicate with customers in clear and professional English
• Perform basic updates and changes on Shopify, including:
• Updating product details (price, descriptions, images)
• Adding or removing products
• Updating banners and content sections
• Coordinate with designers for creatives and reels
• Follow content calendars and brand guidelines
• Monitor engagement and report basic performance
• Hands-on experience with social media posting
• Ability to handle comments and messages
• Proficient English communication (written)
• Basic working knowledge of Shopify Admin
• Good understanding of captions, hashtags, and engagement
• Attention to detail and consistency

• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Graduates or students passionate about Digital Marketing & E-commerce
