• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and online research.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads.
• Client Acquisition
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.) to businesses.
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and deliver tailored presentations.
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Convert leads into paying customers.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Client Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Market Research & Strategy
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
• Suggest new strategies to improve sales performance.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to management.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
