We are hiring for Digital Marketing Executive role in Pharma company. Location - Rabale, Navi Mumbai Salary - 6 LPA CTC Yearly to 7 LPA Yearly CTC Responsibility : Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Social Media Management: Manage and update company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and regular, engaging content. Content Development: Create and edit engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website, and newsletters to align with brand messaging. Design & Visual Content: Use Canva or other design tools to develop eye-catching graphics, banners, and marketing materials for digital and print use. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance and track key metrics (social media engagement, website traffic, etc.), generating insights for continuous improvement. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. 2 years in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Strong understanding of offline and digital marketing strategies. Experience in event management, hospital collaboration, and lead generation. Ability to work with external agencies and manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
