🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks
  • Conduct in-depth market and audience research to identify high-quality leads
  • Develop and deliver professional client proposals and performance reports
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

🔹 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Strong skills in data research and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Proven ability to create compelling client proposals and detailed marketing reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
