About the Role:
Pathfinder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage all aspects of our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SEO, paid campaign execution, and social media strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings
• Design, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
• Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement)
• Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align digital efforts with brand goals
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
• Experience in running performance-driven campaigns
• Proficient in managing social media accounts and community engagement
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills
