Job Description

Position:

Core Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Optimization

Plan and execute
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
for lead generation and ROI improvement.
Manage
budgets, targeting, and creatives
for various products.
Optimize
landing pages
for higher conversion and lead quality.

2. Operations & Coordination

Supervise
marketing interns
for daily execution and reporting.
Manage
Lead Squared CRM
for lead uploads, tagging, and automation workflows.
Handle
marketing automation
triggers, journeys, and nurturing sequences.

3. Website & Product Page Management

Update content via
CL Online portal
and coordinate with
tech teams
for implementation.
Maintain
documentation and follow-up
for changes and feedback.

4. Campaign Analysis & Reporting

Create
weekly/monthly performance reports
.
Analyze
webinar performance
and lead quality.
Provide
insights and recommendations
for optimization.

Requirements

1–4 years
of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Expertise in
Meta Ads
Lead Squared
LeadSquared
(or similar CRM).
Understanding of
lead funnels
and
marketing automation
.
Experience with
Google Analytics
,
Tag Manager
, and
Excel/Sheets
.
Bonus: Basic
HTML/CMS
knowledge.
