Role Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can handle end-to-end marketing for multiple brands. The role covers social media execution, basic design, content, SEO fundamentals, and overall brand growth support, including NGO-related fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and manage social media for multiple brands
• Plan, create, and publish posts, reels, and stories
• Handle multiple channels: Meta (Instagram/Facebook), WhatsApp, Google My Business, Website
• Maintain content calendars and posting consistency

Design & Collateral

• Create brochures, quotations, presentations (PPTs), and documents
• Customize creatives as per brand or company requirements

Content & SEO

• Blog writing and posting on websites
• Basic SEO tasks (on-page basics, keywords, meta titles/descriptions)
• Coordinate content updates for websites and GMB

Marketing & Growth

• Support complete digital and offline marketing activities
• Assist in brand growth and revenue generation
• Support fundraising activities for NGO campaigns
• Execute tasks across marketing funnels as required

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Basic design skills (Canva or equivalent)
• Content writing ability (blogs, captions)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Execution-focused, disciplined, and deadline-oriented

Good to Have

• Prior experience handling brand pages
• Understanding of local marketing and NGO campaigns
• Basic analytics awareness
