Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our B2B procurement SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online/offline events (events are as and when required)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.

SEO & Website Management

  • Manage and update website content on WordPress, including plugins, pages, and basic elements to ensure site performance and user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute link-building and backlinking strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.

· Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, and backlink strategies.

· Monitor competitors’ keyword rankings, ad campaigns, and content performance.

· Benchmark digital marketing performance against competitors to identify areas for improvement.

· Provide insights to refine SEO, content, and paid campaigns based on competitor and industry trends.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content across the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Develop whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and other thought-leadership material.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Utilise tools like copy leaks to check AI content & Grammarly for plagiarism.

Email Marketing

  • Build and manage segmented email databases.
  • Design and execute targeted, generic, industry specific email campaigns with automation workflows, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Running A/B tests email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor CTR, Open Rates, Unsubscribe Rate, Bounce rate & Response rate for each campaign
  • Provide detailed insights/reports for each A/B campaign to the management

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MS Clarity to assess traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Share performance reports with management.

Social Media Management:

· Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

· Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience.

· Track Analytics to monitor traffic, engagement rate, new followers rate etc.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.

· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

· Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

· Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

· Allocate and manage the marketing budget across multiple channels, continuously track performance, and reallocate spend to maximize ROI

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brevo, Aherf, Semrush, SerpRobot, Canva, MS Clarity

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in the SaaS industry

· Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.

· Preference to candidates having Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
