About Us:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth through effective Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics insights. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, e-commerce, and fashion to make a tangible impact in a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales for our online store.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with overall brand goals.
• Monitor and adjust ad budgets, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads features, and e-commerce growth strategies.

QualificationsQualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, business, or related program.
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (preferably with e-commerce focus).Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ad ideas and solutions.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented and proactive in improving performance.Preferred Skills (but not required):

Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. like Amazon, Flip cart etc
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (social media ads, email marketing).
