We are expanding our outreach and looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads. Work closely with the counseling team to ensure lead quality and conversion. Manage the company’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts. Create engaging content, including posts, reels, blogs, and success stories. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors as needed. Coordinate with micro-influencers and student ambassadors. Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, college fests, and café events (like Careers & Coffee). Execute targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns for student engagement and follow-ups. Track and report performance metrics for digital campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions). Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Develop and manage brochures, standees, flyers, and presentations for events and partners. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital or educational marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram trends, and performance metrics. Familiarity with the education industry and student behavior is a plus.
