Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital marketing activities (e.g., social media updates, email campaigns, and website updates)
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for various business activities
  • Perform banking tasks such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, documentation, and visits as required
  • Support in drafting letters, emails, and reports
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients when needed
  • Handle inventory and procurement of office supplies
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
