Job Description

Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the full digital presence, influencer collaborations, content management, commercial platform listings, creative coordination, and inventory fulfilment planning. The candidate should have a proven record in digital and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor brand presence across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, manage daily posts, engagement, and social campaigns.
  • Analyze performance, grow social followership, and regularly report on social metrics.

Influencer Plan and Coordination

  • Identify and recruit relevant influencers for product seeding, demo videos, and campaign amplification.
  • Manage communications, content briefs, contracts, and results tracking for all influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate timely product shipments and campaign deliverables.

Content Management (Website, Platform, SM, Package, App – Recipes)

  • Maintain and update website content, product listings, banners, and recipe integration for app and platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy, visuals, and messaging across product packaging, digital platforms, and applications.

Market Analysis

  • Research competitor brands, pricing, reviews, and new launches across ecommerce and retail platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights to the management team to support decision-making and product positioning.

Platform Listing Creation/Updation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings including A+ content, images, keywords, and SEO for ecommerce platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with latest platform guidelines and manage product availability and pricing updates.

Platform Advertisement (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Execute sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other D2C or third-party platforms.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize ad spends for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/ecommerce management, preferably in D2C brands.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platform ad dashboards, MS Office, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
