Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strong SEO strategies including comprehensive on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO implementation
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through strategic outreach, content marketing, and relationship building to improve domain authority
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns with automation workflows, segmentation, and performance optimization
  • Manage social media presence across relevant B2B platforms, creating engaging content and maintaining consistent brand messaging
  • Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on lead generation and ROI
  • Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools to generate actionable insights and regular reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital efforts with business objectives and optimize lead quality
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and contribute to overall marketing strategy development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in SEO - both on-page and off-page optimization
  • Proven experience in email marketing campaign management and automation
  • Social media management experience across professional platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)

Technical Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Understanding of HTML basics and content management systems
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and schedulers
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking
