Key Responsibilities: Execute strong SEO strategies including comprehensive on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO implementation Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through strategic outreach, content marketing, and relationship building to improve domain authority Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns with automation workflows, segmentation, and performance optimization Manage social media presence across relevant B2B platforms, creating engaging content and maintaining consistent brand messaging Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on lead generation and ROI Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, and SEO tools to generate actionable insights and regular reports Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital efforts with business objectives and optimize lead quality Stay updated with digital marketing trends and contribute to overall marketing strategy development Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing Strong expertise in SEO - both on-page and off-page optimization Proven experience in email marketing campaign management and automation Social media management experience across professional platforms Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing Familiarity with SEO tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar) Technical Requirements Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Understanding of HTML basics and content management systems Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools Familiarity with social media management tools and schedulers Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking Personal Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies Strong organizational and time management skills Results-oriented mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics
