Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in the IT Software - Ecommerce / Internet Technologies industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Execute offline and digital real estate marketing campaigns to generate leads and coordinate with the sales team.
Manage branding, promotions, and real estate portals to enhance online presence.
Organize and conduct site visits for clients to showcase properties and services.
Coordinate with brokers and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
Monitor competitor projects and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Plan events and exhibitions for project promotion to increase brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and teams.
Prior experience in real estate marketing is preferred, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Experience with Google Adwords and internet marketing techniques is desirable.
Knowledge of social media marketing and online digital marketing channels is beneficial.
Familiarity with direct marketing principles and practices is an added advantage.
