Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Sector 54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize the company's website performance to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
• Plan and create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Track and report on website analytics, campaign performance, and digital marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Manage and oversee social media platforms, including paid campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram etc.) to meet business objectives and maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies when necessary, including ad networks and influencers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress and email marketing software like Mailchimp.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to work on data-driven projects.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
