Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  
• Manage and grow the companys presence across digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  
• Develop engaging content for social media posts, ads, blogs, and newsletters.
  
• Monitor and report performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies for better ranking and traffic.
  
• Handle website updates, analytics, and basic content management (WordPress or similar).
  
• Support lead generation campaigns and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 13 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop) preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience in video marketing, reels, or YouTube campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  
• Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta).
