Role Overview: We re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that reflects Atgeir s services and expertise. Manage social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance analysis. Identify new opportunities for brand positioning and partnership. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Support event planning and participation (webinars, conferences, client events, etc.). Assist in preparing marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces. Requirements: MBA in Marketing or related field. 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking and a passion for building impactful campaigns. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
