Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Conduct keyword research, hashtag research, and competitor analysis
• Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and build community
• Help with creating and editing basic reels or social media graphics (Canva/CapCut)
• Support email marketing campaigns and automation setup
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare reports
• Suggest growth strategies and content ideas based on trends

Ideal Candidate

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends
• Creative mindset with decent writing skills in English and/or Hinglish
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, and Meta Business Suite
• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn
• Know about AI, Meta Ads, Funnel.
• Bonus if you have a personal Instagram page/blog/channel
