Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Counsellor. The Digital Marketing Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through course selections, understanding their career goals, and providing personalized advice. They will also handle student inquiries, offer support throughout the training programs, and ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Make 70-80 Calls
• Hardcore experience in Edtech Sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques
• Ability to counsel and mentor students, helping them achieve their career goals
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
