Job Description:

We are seeking Freshers and Experienced Digital Marketing Coordinators who are eager to help manage and execute impactful digital marketing strategies! In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to coordinate digital campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to exciting projects that help our clients succeed online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Coordinate content creation and collaborate with designers and writers to ensure campaigns are engaging and on-brand.
• Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Support the optimization of campaigns to improve results, including A/B testing and content adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and assist in implementing new tools and strategies.
• Help manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build brand presence.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals, timelines, and content.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• For Freshers: A strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• For Experienced Professionals: Previous experience managing or coordinating digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist in content creation and client communication.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign performance.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, especially in managing content and designs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and online advertising.

Education and Experience:

• Freshers: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, or a certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experienced Professionals: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign coordination.
• A portfolio or examples of past work (helpful for experienced candidates).
