Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive, based in Kozhikode (Calicut). The role involves creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, developing web content, executing content strategies, writing, and overseeing social media accounts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s brand and goals while effectively engaging target audiences.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Executive with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience to manage daily digital marketing execution, content creation, and performance tracking across our in-house lifestyle brands and premium consumer segments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Strategy
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and crafting effective marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and adapt to tight deadlines
• Experience in digital marketing or related roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media posting across Instagram and Facebook
• Create high-quality Canva-based creatives and compelling captions
• Develop structured monthly content calendars
• Write brand-relevant blogs with strong editorial quality
• Manage WhatsApp marketing and digital community postings
• Respond to Google and Facebook reviews with brand-aligned communication
• Handle basic customer enquiries and route leads to the respective teams
• Track engagement, leads, and conversions
• Prepare concise monthly marketing performance reports

Core Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media or digital marketing
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Hindi language skills are a strong added advantage
• Proven ability to write relevant, brand-driven blogs and long-form content
• Strong proficiency in Canva for digital creatives
• Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook Insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple brand pages simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills and consistency in execution
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Calicut (Monday–Saturday)
