Digital Marketing Client Relations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a personable and organized Digital Marketing Client Relations Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our digital marketing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and helping coordinate services such as Google Ads , PPC , social media marketing , and branding to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand client needs and coordinate with digital marketing teams to ensure services align with goals. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns. Assist in preparing reports and presentations on campaign performance for clients. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities.
