Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Associate to help expand our client base and strengthen our brand presence. This role bridges sales, marketing strategy, and relationship management, working closely with internal teams to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Branding, PPC, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage client relationships from first contact through deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person networking or industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling digital marketing services or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Creative problem-solving and client-first mindset.
