Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary goal is to help grow brands influence, increase brand loyalty, and generate sales leads
  • Assist in Marketing initiatives as needed including deployment of B2C emails, creation of social communications such as Google, Bing Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Must have SEO , SEM knowledge. Google fundamentals and Google advanced certified a plus.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize all Web assets with fresh content to align with the marketing calendar
  • Optimize copy for maximum deliverability and engagement, including open rates, click through, calls, conversion and sales
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques
  • Create and implement content, design, and video deliverables based on campaign requirements
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Create procedures to ensure all digital marketing is executed on time and on budget

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, video, and emerging technologies
  • A solid understanding of written content, video, and web practices
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS/texting rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of SMS/text and email best practices, including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging, campaign tracking, and deliverability
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
  • Posting and Scheduling: Manage the posting schedule and use scheduling tools to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with the audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Coordinate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives for a cohesive brand presence.
