As a Digital Marketing Associate at Zeta's Marketing Operations team in Hyderabad office, you will play a crucial role in building and managing multiformat digital campaigns using various tools. Your responsibilities will include designing, setting up, and testing technically complex campaigns, collaborating with creative resources and internal stakeholders, and overseeing end-to-end campaign operations. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring operational excellence, driving results consistently, and enhancing processes for optimal performance. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, along with exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple requests, changes, and conflicting priorities efficiently. Your analytical skills and reporting capabilities will be essential in monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. A mindset of ownership, teamwork, and a strong focus on testing and quality assurance will be key attributes for success in this role. Additionally, familiarity with HTML and CSS would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position would be an MBA fresher or a B.Tech graduate in computers. Previous experience of 1-2 years in Digital Marketing or IT operations would be beneficial in excelling in this role. The role will require working in shifts from 8 PM to 4 AM IST.
