Job Description

Role Overview:

1. CONTENT CREATION & BRAND MANAGEMENT (40%)

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and blog posts.
  • Design visual content using Canva/Figma (following brand guidelines).
  • Write technical blogs explaining DSPM, data security, and compliance.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, and product collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touch points.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING (25%)

  • Execute LinkedIn strategy targeting CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDPOs.
  • Build the founder's brand as a thought leader.
  • Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation.
  • Manage Twitter presence with industry insights.
  • Track and optimize social media metrics.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES (25%)

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients.
  • Qualify leads and set up demos.
  • Support sales conversations with marketing materials.
  • Maintain CRM and track pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

4. STRATEGIC OUTREACH (10%)

  • Connect with tech influencers for interviews/podcasts.
  • Identify and apply for speaking opportunities at conferences.
  • Build relationships with industry media.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical Skills:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Ads
  • Content writing (B2B, technical)
  • Canva/Figma for design
  • Basic SEO/SEM knowledge
  • Email marketing tools
  • CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho preferred)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter mindset (critical for startup success)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Creative problem-solving

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Digital Marketing certification/diploma from a recognized institute.
  • Portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities.
  • Experience or training in B2B marketing.
  • Understanding of SaaS/tech products.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity/compliance (bonus).
