About the job: About Sylox Sylox is building IRIS, India's first AI-powered Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform tackling a billion-dollar challenge: helping enterprises secure sensitive data they've lost track of. As our first Business, Finance & Administrative Associate, you will be the backbone of our business engine owning financial, client, and internal processes that enable us to scale from our 1st to 100th customer. Month 1-3: Foundation Sprint 1. Set up and manage invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. 2. Handle client communications and ensure a world-class experience. 3. Manage vendor relations and HR basics (onboarding, leave tracking). B. Month 4-6: Scale & Iterate 1. Track burn rate, prepare efficiency reports, and optimize processes. 2. Build client onboarding & success playbooks. 3. Manage recruitment pipelines and assist in hiring. 4. Automate operational workflows using modern tools. What We Offer: 1. Comfort with modern tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, etc.). 5. Action-oriented, self-starter with a “figure it out” mentality. 6. Prior internship/work in Finance, HR, or Operations. 7.
