Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and execute digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, basic SEO/SEM, and understanding of analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.
• Create and execute monthly social media calendars.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize performance.

Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, posts, and copy for social media & digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, videos, and stories.
• Assist in basic photo/video shoots when required.

Digital Marketing

• Support in running and monitoring paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads—basic knowledge).
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Brand Building

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across platforms.
• Work on ideas for engagement campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, reels, content formats, and platform algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (plus point).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
