Digital Marketer - Meta Ads

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing strategies and tools and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on analytical data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Manage and grow our online presence through innovative content strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM and email marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of graphic design and web development basics is a plus.
