Role Overview: As a Digital Marketer (Performance-Based) at Lascade, you will play a crucial role in driving exponential growth through performance-driven strategies. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing performance ad campaigns across various platforms to achieve clear ROI targets. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and monitor key metrics to ensure sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, run, and optimize performance ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc. with measurable ROI targets. - Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and other data tools to track, analyze, and enhance funnel performance. - Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to align growth campaigns across different channels. - Identify new growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and scale successful strategies to drive growth. - Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure continuous growth and success. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategies. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc. - Hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution. - Ability to collaborate effectively across SEO, content, and product teams to drive growth initiatives. - A growth mindset, willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and scale successful strategies.
