Digital marketer

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms
• Define target audiences, build custom/lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
• A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and ad relevance
• Work with designers and content team to create high-converting ad creatives
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on ad performance and insights

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and content for search visibility
• Execute backlink-building strategies and off-page optimization
• Monitor Google Search Console & Google Analytics for performance tracking
• Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and implement necessary actions
• Collaborate with the content team for SEO-focused blogs and landing pages

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in running Meta Ads and SEO campaigns
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and organic rankings
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
