Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Your expertise in digital tools and strategies will be key in optimizing performance across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategies

    : Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Content Creation & Management

    : Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    : Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

    : Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Social Media Marketing

    : Develop and manage social media strategies, including content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Email Marketing

    : Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Market Research

    : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
    • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
