Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing cum SEO Specialist to lead our digital presence and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with proven experience in SEO, social media marketing, and paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Perform SEO activities: keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads/Facebook).
• Curate engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to align messaging and SEO goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Create performance reports and suggest improvements for lead generation.

Required Skills

• SEO (on-page/off-page), SMO, SMM
• Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics
• Strong grasp of Meta Ads & other social media advertising tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant digital marketing and SEO experience
• Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (preferred)
