Role Overview: As a Product Owner (PO) at Piramal Retail Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving Cross Sell and Upsell of multiple product propositions to the existing customer base acquired via partnerships. Your contribution will be vital in leveraging expertise in digital lending and enhancing customer value proposition. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Digital lending business and customer profitability. - Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling and upselling products through seamless digital journeys. - Utilize deep analytical skills to identify opportunities for enhancing customer value proposition. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build and launch innovative products tailored to customer needs. - Prior experience in the cards business or line/limit-based products will be advantageous. - Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills for effective relationship and stakeholder management. - Embrace an Agile and collaborative approach to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings. Qualifications Required: - Experience in digital lending or related financial services industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data. - Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management. - Prior experience in cross-selling and upselling products will be a plus.
