Role Overview

Digital Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Convert

  existing Bellwether textbooks & lesson plans

  into structured, interactive

  Google Classroom modules

• Upload content in multiple formats: PDFs, videos, quizzes, and assignments
• Design engaging and user-friendly learning journeys for teachers and students
• Integrate

  assessments

  within Google Classroom
• Coordinate with the Bellwether

  academic team

  to ensure content accuracy and consistency
• Maintain

  data security

  by setting controlled access for schools and parents

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in

  Google Classroom

  , Google Suite, and basic e-learning tools
• Experience creating

  digital academic content

  or working in

  EdTech

• Ability to convert offline textbooks into

  interactive, modular online lessons

• Knowledge of

  K-12 education systems

  and teacher workflows (preferred but not mandatory)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently/remotely

Role Type:

• Duration:

  2–3 months (Project-based)

• Engagement:

  Part-time / Flexible hours

• Location:

  Remote or Mumbai-based (preferred for occasional H.O. meetings)
