As a Digital RM, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers who have expressed interest in home loans through various digital channels including our website, partner networks, and social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to assess their eligibility, qualify leads, and facilitate the seamless transition of qualified leads to our branches for further processing.
